Job Description
Peterson Builders, located in Eden, part of the gorgeous Ogden Valley, is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join our amazing team. The PM Assistant is responsible for assisting the Project Managers to complete job task in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include obtaining permits, keeping the Project Managers (PM's) organized, maintaining good relationships with county and city office workers, and working in Builder Trend software.
Responsibilities:
•Obtaining building permits
•Obtaining septic permits
•BuilderTrend selections input
•Small tool rental tracking
•Join and take meeting notes in PM’s weekly team meetings
•Work with PMs to complete various tasks for home owners
BuilderTrend Software:
•Assist the Home Owner to understand the BuilderTrend software
•Input selections from signed job contract and change orders
•Enter PM and SM To Do’s under the correct job
Build Relationships with County and Cities:
•Introduce yourself at appropriate time, building relationship and trust.
•Email/Phone call follow-through
Qualifications
This is a full-time 40 hour/week position. This position is located in the office, with no remote work available. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required as there is travel to the applicable county or city offices as part of the permitting process.
•Strong organizational skills a must
•Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written
•Microsoft Office experience preferred
•Savvy, creative, and innovative thinker
•Enjoys working with colleagues at all levels within the organization
•Strong set of personal and business values that complement the firm's core values
•At least 1 year of office experience
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience.
