Project Administrator

Experience in the utilities industry is a plus!

What You Will Do

The project overseer is responsible for determining project plan strategy, assigning projects to the appropriate project coordinators & their respective teams, and serves as the first point of escalation for all project related concerns. They are also responsible for keeping the project excavators up-to-date periodically, at minimum daily, until the project is successfully completed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Accurate locating of all tickets they complete

- Proper photography on all markings

- Proper documentation on all tickets and projects

- Manage the due date and times of tickets

- Communication with excavators

- Communication with manager

- Responsible for routing work to manage due times and to be productive

- Send emails (Locked gates, Troubles, NRIs, and working agreements)

- Following all locating procedure

- Have a positive attitude

- Getting everyone aligned to be successful

- Complete project plans

- Make sure projects have proper documentation

- Coordinating with project techs

- Giving feedback to supervisors

- Document tickets properly

- Status on-going projects

- Auditing tickets

Qualifications

- Professionalism

- Strong communication skills

- Efficient in Time management

- Must have a valid driver's license.

- Windows-based general computer skills as well as experience with Microsoft Office & Excel are required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Hours will vary based on client expectation and work availability. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
