- Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.

- Oversee budgeting processes for programs, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization.

- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with social work professionals to integrate behavioral health strategies into program delivery.

- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to program activities.

Basic qualifications

- Proven management experience in program development or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,494.53 - $64,423.52 per year
