PRODUCTION WORKER/PARTS PICKER

We're looking for dependable, hard-working Production Workers/Parts Pickers to join our team and keep orders moving.

What You’ll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll support the flow of steel through our facility—from raw sheets to finished parts. You’ll work hands-on with machinery, prep materials, read job orders, and help ensure everything ships out right the first time. This role is active, fast-paced, and vital to keeping customers satisfied.

Your Day-to-Day Includes:

- Clearing tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets

- Grinding edges and cleaning parts as needed

- Reading and following order details in English

- Verifying part quality and completing related paperwork

- Counting and organizing parts for packaging or shipping

- Preparing materials in advance to maintain steady workflow

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We Expect:

- Ability to read work orders and instructions in English

- Clear verbal communication in English

- Follow safety rules and company policies

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

What You Bring:

- Willingness to learn and take initiative

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

- Comfort with physical tasks: bending, climbing, walking, lifting

- Good attention to detail and time management
