PRODUCTION TRAINING SUPERVISOR (Surface Production)

We are currently seeking a Surface Production Training Supervisor for our Carlsbad, New Mexico location. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing and training employees to be safe during day-to-day during operations of the K-Mag and Granulation mills. Assist on the implementation of safety projects, process improvements or capital projects as needed. Assist with employee training and qualifications. Responsible for conducting audits and inspections. Reviews and authorizes work permits.

Where will you work: Onsite at Carlsbad, NM (1361 Potash Mines Road - Carlsbad, NM 88220)

Schedule: 9/80 schedule (Monday-Friday with every other Friday off, 6am-3pm), Shift work as needed.
