Production Supervisor

Job Description

Position Overview:

Responsible for the manufacture of the scheduled product mix to meet operation standards of cost, quality, and on-time performance while maintaining established standards of safety & health, environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance. The Production Supervisor will assist in managing personnel, material, equipment, and expediting orders. Also included are overseeing projects such as continuous improvement, filling in for vacations, and improving delivery performance.

Essential Requirements:

Strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to direct work force personnel effectively are imperative. Candidates must possess a strong internal drive and the ability to motivate self and others in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. The ability to be flexible in shift rotations is strongly desired. The applicant should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook among others. College degree or relevant experience preferred All other job duties will be assigned.
