This position is responsible for production volume reporting, data management, and system support for Saltwater Disposal (SWD) and Supply Water operations.
- Manage and maintain the Peloton Prodview volume data collection system daily.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Generate, reconcile, and distribute month-end volume reports for accounting close.
- Serve as the primary contact for volume-related inquiries on inlet, offload, purchased, and supplied volumes.
- Support regulatory reporting by managing and providing required volume data inputs.
- Act as point of contact for verifying 3rd party invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with accounting to provide support on contracts, royalty rates, purchase rates, etc.
- Act as point of contact with 3rd party SCADA companies to ensure accurate and complete data delivery as well as metering and mapping changes.
- Generate and deliver a variety of reports as requested by different departments/colleagues across the company.
- Education requirements (HS diploma, Bachelor’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in production reporting and/or production accounting roles.- Must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet short deadlines.
- Willing to work after hours as needed to meet deadlines.
- Continuing development in functional/technical skills
- Adapts well to changes in responsibilities and workloads.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment.
- Experience within the Permian Basin is preferred
- Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations
