Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual… to join our team as Senior Reporting Analyst within our eastern region!

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

- Market analysis. Analyze large data sets (including energy usage, geospatial data, past program participation, public and third-party data sets) to support the design, execution and monitoring of energy efficiency and demand response programs

- Data visualization. Synthesize analytics into actionable insights for marketing and client teams by developing Power BI dashboards with dynamic visualizations and mapping capabilities

- Campaign optimization. Support marketing teams in developing data pipelines and approaches to tracking customers across different systems

- Customer targeting. Support highly targeted marketing campaigns with customer segmentation, predictive models, and energy usage analysis

- Business development. Support business development opportunities by using established tools to provide client specific market intelligence and insights

- Client engagement. Present research results, dashboards, and analytics to clients and internal teams

- Collaboration. Coordinate across teams (local program teams, IT, marketing) to connect data sets and develop insights

- Tracking and reporting. Develop and maintain dashboard reporting across programs and marketing campaigns

- 6+ years of relevant data analytics, data transformation and business intelligence experience

$93,000 - $95,000 depending on experience.
