PRODUCTION OPERATOR / SAND MOLDER

Morris Bean & Company an aluminum foundry in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Molding methods include Antioch plaster, Air-set sand, and cold-box sand in combination with permanent and semi-permanent molds. We have proudly served industry in air and gas separation, commercial refrigeration, diesel locomotives, medical equipment, pump components, and energy and military applications.

We have an immediate full-time opening on 1st shift as a Production Operator in sand molding. Duties include filling and packing patterns with binder based sand, operate sand mauler, move patterns on a conveyor or by walkie. This is an entry level position and we will provide all training. Prior foundry experience is helpful, but not required.
