Production Operator

Custom Strut and Roll Forming is a manufacturing company located in Springfield, Oregon. The new division was established in May of 2019. We specialize in the manufacturing of custom strut and roll forming products for the electrical, plumbing, industrial and solar industries.

Our parent company, Metal Products has been under the current ownership and management since 1987. Metal Products and Custom Strut employs approximately 90 full time employees in our two plants encompassing 80,000 square feet with three warehouses and seven loading docks.

Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Production Operator to safely and efficiently operate a roll form press. A great Production Operator is reliable, able to work with attention to detail, and works effectively alone as well as in a team. Production Operators will need to be able to adapt to a variety of jobs on location.
