Module is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our modular home factory in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you will manage production schedules, drive efficiency improvements, and control budgets. You will also lead and motivate the factory workforce while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing or construction management background, excellent leadership skills, awareness of material cost and control, and a strong commitment to quality and innovation.

Competitive Salary: The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000-$110,000, depending on experience. All employees are eligible for an annual team bonus of up to 10% of their base salary.
