Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee Production Departments: Manage departments within the factory, ensuring all aspects of production run smoothly and efficiently.

- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any issues with jobs, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production schedules.

- Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve employee disputes in a fair and timely manner, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
