Job Description

Are you a dependable team player who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as a Production Line Worker and help keep our 2nd shift operations running smoothly and safely.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Production Line Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Sort and process materials on a production line (may require standing for extended periods)

- Perform routine checks on optical sorters and screens to ensure product quality

- Clean designated work zones including conveyors, platforms, and floors

- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)

- Identify and report material or equipment issues to supervisors

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Good communication skills

- Willingness to adapt and learn new tasks

- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Physical ability to bend, lift, climb, and perform repetitive movements

- Occasional use of fine motor skills (e.g., machine operation)
