Production Field Operator

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team at a LNG facility. The ideal candidate will have seven plus years field experience in pre-commissioning and commission experience of mechanical equipment and systems, and five years experience in an operations LNG facility or Petrochemical facility.

Responsibilities

- Systems Completions activities:

- ● Familiarity with and application of industry and corporate codes and standards related to rotating machinery.

● Executes valve lineups to support static and dynamic commissioning and operational activities

● Liaise with engineering, operations, construction, and completions teams on operations and commissioning issues

● Management and Coordination

Experience

- ● Be highly competent with manual and automated valve lineups, excel in reading and marking up P&ID’s.

● Develop work execution plans, work method statements, resourced schedules with vendor support.

● Direct supervision of commissioning technicians, and specialty sub-contractors for assigned systems

● Supervise multiple crews.

● dynamic testing of rotating equipment

● Commissioning and run testing machinery.

● Fixed/ Static Equipment

● Direct involvement in SIMOPs

● Operating live plant, with Utility and Process Systems

● Interface with construction, Engineering, Operations Maintenance & Reliability teams to resolve issues .

● Operational Excellence principles and how they are implemented through the Systems Completion process

● Support MC and RFSU walkdowns.

● Act as area controllers to support the PTW team and the greater work force as required.

● Coordinates with control room operators and other team members for smooth operations.

● Performs routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.

● Gas turbines and associated ancillary systems

● Records operational data such as pressure, temperature, flow rates, and other metrics.

- ● Procedural discipline and must have the ability to complete valve line-ups for closed loop runs and introduction of hydrocarbons and other process mediums

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
