Production Assistant

Overview:

REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 17 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. We are ideally positioned to respond to the needs of an increasingly recycling-conscious world. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

Real Alloy Post Falls is hiring a Production Assistant to join our team!

Rotating day/night shift schedule - work half the time and relax the other half!

$26.00/hour to start with shift differential available; overtime available

Two weeks paid time off plus two floating holidays available upon hire!

Benefits effective the 1st of the month after hire; including company matched 401K

Duties include:

- Focus on Safety

- Production Assistant with various duties; including lifiting, moving, and weighing

- Active role in overall plant and facilities-related work

- Maintain quality production standards

- Operate mobile equipment

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 with a high schol diploma or equivalent

- Reliable attendance (additional PTO awarded for one year perfect attendance)

- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operation

- Previous manufacturing experience desirable
