Do you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Centek, a leader in providing safer and more efficient access to energy, is looking for motivated individuals to join our first shift team (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) in Oklahoma City.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace

- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products

- Maintain a clean, organized work area while following 5S and lean manufacturing practices

- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals

Requirements:

- Previous manufacturing, production, CNC, or welding experience is a plus, but not required

- Basic mechanical skills and strong attention to detail

- Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team

- Ability to work first shift hours (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM)

- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening (Centek is a drug-free workplace)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Starting pay: $15.00/hour
