Production Associate

Position: Manufacturing Associate, 1st and 3rd Shift Availability

- Multiple bonus opportunities including an extra $1.25 per hour extra added to your rate for weekly perfect attendance

NVIC is a gray iron foundry in North Vernon, Indiana that offers multiple bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefit package for our Associates.

Positions to fill include various departments on both shifts.

Departments Available:

Mold - create the shape of the counterweight; pattern spraying; core setting; filming

Melt - furnace operation; pouring the iron into the molds to create the counterweight

Prefinish - remove cores, sand, and any flash or edging from each counterweight

Finish - parts processing; buffing; painting; detail work to perfect the surface of the counterweight prior to shipping

Requirements:

- Use of basic, powered handheld tools and equipment

- High level of teamwork
