Production Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in factory settings and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively contribute to our assembly line operations. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line while adhering to safety protocols.

- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various manufacturing tasks.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues.

- Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse and production areas.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED

- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred.

- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.

- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable for troubleshooting equipment issues.

- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time
