As a

, you’ll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of major mining clients, supporting assets like buckets, truck trays and wear parts. You’ll work side-by-side with engineering, sales and service teams to ensure everything runs smoothly before, during and after commissioning. Your mission? Drive client satisfaction, retention and technical excellence from the ground up.

- Support manufacturing partners by interpreting and ensuring compliance with OEM fabrication and welding standards for Schlam products.

- Manage quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain product standards and consistency.

- Be the frontline technical expert respond to queries and provide trusted guidance.

- Conduct inspections, track asset performance and support preventive maintenance.

- Identify and resolve asset defects and manage warranty claims with efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate across engineering, sales and field service teams during commissioning.

- Discover and pursue sales opportunities for parts and services.

- Provide actionable feedback to improve product design and field performance.

- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

About Your Experience

Essential

- 5+ yrs Heavy Fabrication experience

- At least 5 years in technical services, field support or technical customer service in mining industry

- Knowledge and experience with mining equipment including trays, buckets and wear parts.

- Strong communication skills confident in both technical writing and face-to-face interactions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with MYOB EXO or similar systems.

- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and solve technical problems efficiently.

Desirable:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).

- QA/QC experience with manufacturing

- Certifications in asset maintenance, diagnostics or equipment servicing.

- Qualifications or experience in Project Management.

- Understanding of mobile equipment manufacturing and performance testing.
