Your responsibilities

As a key member of the Strategy and M&A team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Materials Services in North America. This role is central to driving our “Materials-as-a-Service” transformation strategy, with a strong focus on identifying, evaluating, and integrating strategic acquisition opportunities.

+ Proactively identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with our strategic goals. + Lead and coordinate the full M&A lifecycle including target screening, financial modeling, valuation, and strategic fit assessments. + Manage and execute due diligence processes across functional areas (finance, legal, operations, HR, etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. + Develop integration strategies and lead post-merger integration efforts to ensure value realization and cultural alignment.
