Job Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for providing expertise for aftermarket product development, support, and training. They will also assist with the development of tools, presentations, communication documents, and work instructions related to the assigned aftermarket product range to support global regional aftermarket sales and operations.

- Promote Customer Focus throughout the organization.
- Develop the product portfolio for the assigned aftermarket product line
- Plan and build product offerings based on market needs and customer requests
- Develop the training material and programs needed to increase the knowledge and competence of regional employees based on assigned aftermarket product line
- Assist in the development of NCS Marketing collateral including tools, presentations, brochures, articles, press releases, etc., related to the product range.
- Coordinate product offering with equipment Product Company collaboration & information
- Facilitate continuous improvement of assigned product line offering
- Develop and implement global business process of assigned aftermarket product line
- Collaborate with Global Operations for implementation of processes and procedures related to execution and delivery of product line
- Participate in defining requirements and facilitating research related to product line
- Collaborate with NCS global sales, service centers, and distributors to understand all necessary information to grow market share
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement aftermarket product line offering across the global NCS organization
- Contribute to the global pricing strategy for assigned product line
- Responsible for product line profitability across the NCS global organization
- Oversee the development and distribution of technical bulletins related to aftermarket product line
- Work closely with the NCS Marketing Manager to plan and execute product launches, including communication strategies and training materials
- Contribute to the development of the Nikkiso CE&IG University aftermarket product management curriculum
- Participate in technical seminars, customer events, and trade shows as deemed necessary by the Director of Product Management.
- Support QMS requirements in areas of responsibility for conformance with international requirements, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Education And Experience
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented and experienced professional with a proven track record in Service environments leading the commercial aspects of product management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in international manufacturing or aftermarket company.- Experience in product companies or service companies is required.
- Technical experience with industrial equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of the NCE&IG Group’s products is preferred.
- Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.
- Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Use standard office equipment such as computers, smart phones, printers, photocopiers, etc.
- Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.
- Global travel.
- Complete safety training requirements.
- Participate in other training as directed by the company or manager.
- Wear Nikkiso approved PPE as needed and direct others to do the same as appropriate.

Salary range $91,128 - $150,000 annual
