BoMetals is expanding our forming product category and is looking for a Product & Field Sales Manager to lead the growth and rollout of our stay-in-place formwork systems.
This is not a desk sales role.
- Is comfortable walking active jobsites
- Speaks the language of concrete crews
- Understands formwork and placement
- Can troubleshoot installs in the field
- And can still close deals and drive revenue
If you’ve worked with forming systems, duct banks, grade beams, or heavy civil concrete and enjoy helping contractors find smarter ways to build — this role was built for you.
You will act as the national product lead and sales driver for our forming systems category.
- Call directly on concrete contractors and project teams
- Develop and grow forming product sales nationally
- Own a sales quota and drive revenue performance
- Identify opportunities early and work projects through execution
- Provide practical, buildable solutions — not just quotes
- Walk jobsites and review drawings/details
- Recommend forming approaches for:
- Duct banks
- Grade beams
- Pile caps
- Utilities
- Stay-in-place formwork applications
- Support early installs and solve field issues
- Perform basic measurements or simple takeoffs as needed
- Serve as internal “product owner” for forming systems
- Lead product rollout and adoption
- Gather contractor feedback to improve:
- Design
- Installation methods
- Standard details
- Best practices
- Train internal sales reps and CSRs
- Conduct contractor lunch-and-learns and jobsite demos
- Support trade shows and customer events
- Territory: National
- Travel: ~40%+ jobsite/contractor time (higher during rollout)- Reports to: Operations/Sales Leadership
