Process Tech 1

Purpose of Position:

The primary focus of the person is to support compressed gas cylinder manufacturing through various operations: cylinder assembly and preparation; basic gas filling, blending, venting, and vacuuming operations; processing equipment; transport and movement functions; final packaging cleaning, inspection, painting, leak checking, and labeling; packaging, shipping, loading and unloading; completion of production and logistics records.

Principal Responsibilities:

- Keep Personal and Interpersonal Safety highest priority

- Conform to all site-specific policies and procedures

- Perform a variation of processes related to compressed gas cylinder preparation, cylinder handling, cylinder filling, final product packaging, and shipping & receiving functions

- Perform various SAP Transactions to maintain a streamlined stock, production, and sales order flow

- Perform tasks associated with stock, production, and sales order realization including cylinder requisition, record recording, data management, record handling

- Collect and record basic operations data to ensure process optimization and product quality

- Support raw material and product inventory maintenance

- Review raw material specifications for conformity

- Provide feedback and/or participate on potential quality improvement and safety projects associated with operational processes

- Perform basic system maintenance and calibration

- Enter work requests into SAP for required maintenance

- Enter work data results into TLIMS system

- Maintain a clean and well-organized work area

Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
