Process Engineer

Pace Industries is seeking a Die Cast Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting high-pressure die casting processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance to production teams.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and maintain die casting process parameters.

- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues (machines, vacuum systems, ladles, sprayers).

- Partner with production, tooling, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve downtime.

- Lead improvement projects in scrap reduction, OEE, and cycle time.

- Support new product launches, tooling reviews, and PPAP submissions.

- Train staff on die casting fundamentals and process standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years in die casting, foundry, or related manufacturing.

- Strong technical knowledge of die casting processes and equipment.

- Experience with problem-solving tools, SPC, and automotive quality systems.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
