Our company is going through an exciting ERP and Shared Services Transformation, with more to come in the next few years! We are rolling out one standardized ERP and HCM system (Oracle Fusion) on a global scale. In parallel, we are also rolling out our shared services model worldwide. This role is instrumental in providing the documentations we need to set the foundation for the upcoming Shared Services transitions
The existing shared service activities include Full cycle Accounting, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Intercompany Admin, Master Data support, Full cycle Payroll processing, HR Admin support, and Benefits & Pensions Admin.
We are looking for someone to compile our Standard operating procedures (SOP), Desktop procedures, and process flow mapping. You will be working with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to capture the content, in addition, we are looking to you to provide insights, best practices, and guidance to the SMEs to ensure the documentations are complete and accurate. This role also must be able to identify opportunities for improvement and risks in the processes, along with having excellent documentation skills.
Term: Contract – 3 Months with potential for extension
Location: Hybrid position with potential to be fully Remote
Responsibilities Must haves (Skills and Experiences):
+ General Accounting, Intercompany, Account Reconciliations, Payments, Audits and Period Close processes; + Benefit Administration processes; or + Payroll and HR Administration processes.
