Business Process Specialist

We are currently seeking a Business Process Specialist for our Midland, TX office.

Purpose:

Assists with the implementation and sustainability of our processes through cross-functional collaboration across all levels of the organization. Incumbent assists in the development and management of local organizational charts, process maps, facility mapping and training. This role is responsible for documenting the current state of facility processes and proposes future state improvement; subsequently assists in the design, implementation and sustainability of more efficient processes at the request of local / regional management and the company’s Business Process Manager. This role will be responsible for capturing and communicating data that will assist business leaders define improvement opportunities. This role will be responsible for assisting management in all aspects of continuous improvement and system enhancements. Incumbent ensures all business processes are documented and maintained in accordance with our company processes and procedures. Incumbent assists local management with business process training.
