The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Principal Engineer - Simulation Specialist to join our CTO team in Sudbury/Toronto.

This is a permanent hybrid position in either Toronot/Sudbury

As a Principal Engineer, Simulation Specialist, you will develop and implement advanced simulation models to optimize various mining processes, focusing on the efficient movement and utilization of trucks, equipment, and materials. Leveraging discrete event and agent-based simulation techniques, you will enhance operational efficiency and boost productivity. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed simulation models, analyzing and visualizing large datasets, identifying bottlenecks, and guiding future development processes. Your experience and skill will allow you to play a key role in driving the efficiency and productivity of our mining operations through advanced simulation techniques, supporting our commitment to sustainable and efficient mining practices .
