SUMMARY:Primarilyresponsible for data entry, reconciliation and reporting within Primavera 6 for repower projects. This position will be working with the Project Manager and other key personnel to schedule and report on the activities of all workgroups. The successful candidate will be assigned to a project location and spend 25-50% of their time onsite with occasional travel to other projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

· Project Planning: Develop detailed plans incorporating objectives, deliverables, key milestones, necessary resources, and timelines to ensure the project is optimally executed.

· Scheduling: Assist in planning and developing detailed schedules. Manage weekly P6 schedule.

· Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential schedule and cost risks to ensure project continuity.

· Communication and Coordination: Maintain transparent communication with various project team members and coordinate activities among involved teams.

· Reports and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on project progress and document key milestones.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Intermediate to advanced skills with Primavera 6 scheduling and reporting.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all team members.

· Project management software, Microsoft applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI),

· Knowledge and understanding of wind turbine generator, drive train, gearbox and blade systems and related equipment supporting each division in their product and service development.

· Comprehends technical information and design as built drawings provided by owners / manufacturers of the wind turbine major component equipment.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

· At least two years Primavera 6 experience.

· Proven experience in the P6 Project Scheduler role in a construction or industrial environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
