Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator / Set Up Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and setting up mechanical and CNC press brake machines to produce parts according to prints and specifications.

Duties

- Set up and operate press brake machine to bend, form, or straighten metal workpieces

- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine the appropriate bends and sequences

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

Skills

- Proficiency in operating a press brake machine

- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Experience with programming press brake machines is a plus

- Strong mechanical knowledge for tooling setup and adjustment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
