Powder Coater/Painter (2:30PM - 11:00PM)

Protech Industries is a well-known truck accessories company that is a fast-growing, team-based environment, seeking a Powder Coater. This full-time position requires a dedicated, hard worker with powder coating knowledge on second shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Use a Powder Coating system to powder coat truck accessories.

- Perform prep work including washing and sanding.

- Keep working area and tools clean

- Understand and follow safety protocol

- Work with minimum supervision

- Be a team player

- Comply with specified production methods, processes and procedures

- Consistent and on-time attendance

Job Skills and Requirements:

- Keen attention to detail

- Able to lift 50 lbs.

- Able to stand for extended periods of time

- Able to work in a warm environment

- Complete training on first shift (6:00AM to 2:30PM) for 2 weeks+

- Able to work overtime and weekends, if necessary

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in powder coating

- Must be able to wear respirator

- Nordson powder coating system experience a plus

- Box and rack powder coating coating experience is plus

- Must be able to communicate in English

- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
