Powder Coating Technician

Location: Lindon, UT

Wasatch Covers is a busy fabrication shop looking for an experienced Powder Coating Technician to join our crew. You’ll handle all aspects of the powder coating process — from prepping and cleaning parts, masking and plugging, to applying powder in a controlled booth and curing parts in ovens. You’ll also be responsible for quality checks to ensure a flawless finish on every job.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your skill and attention to detail will make a difference. If you know powder coating and want steady hours with overtime opportunities, this is the place to put your experience to work.

Details:

- $20/hr starting pay

- 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs) — long weekends every week

- Overtime available when needed for large jobs or deadlines

- Full-time position with consistent hours

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, bend, kneel, push, pull, twist, and reach above the shoulders

- Reliable transportation is required
