Job Description:

Texas Plumbing and Drain is seeking a self-motivated Plumbing Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator for Residential, Commercial and Special Services across Texas, you will have an opportunity to earn rapport with prospective customers and convert them from a prospect to a customer, which will be incentivized.

Responsibilities:

•

Generating Estimates for leads/customers from a list of estimates requested.

•

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions.

•

Deliver persuasive sales presentations communication and estimates to clients, showcasing the benefits of Texas Plumbing and Drain's services and solutions.

•

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure new business, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

•

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

•

Maintain accurate records of estimating activities, including prospecting efforts, client interactions, and pipeline development, using plumbing company CRM/Phones/Email/Texting Systems/Process.

Requirements:

•

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in an estimating role, preferably in the plumbing or related industry.

•

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and persuade clients.

•

Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

•

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively pursue opportunities with minimal supervision.

•

Results-Driven: Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals/targets.

•

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of plumbing systems and services is preferred; willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
