What You’ll Do

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll support licensed technicians while learning the technical and professional skills needed to become a certified plumber. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy methodical, hands-on work and want to build a career through hard work and reliability.

- Assist with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in homes and commercial properties

- Help diagnose and resolve piping and drainage issues under supervision

- Maintain a clean and organized job site and fully stocked vehicle

- Follow job processes accurately and complete documentation on time

- Participate in all training sessions, team meetings, and company events

- Build rapport with customers while observing technicians during service conversations and customer interactions

- Learn how to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients

What You Bring to the Team

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Detail-focused and task-oriented work ethic

- Willingness to learn through observation, repetition, and hands-on experience

- Ability to maneuver in tight spaces and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
