As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will dive into the world of plumbing, learning the intricacies of the trade. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential. The Plumbing Apprentice class starts November 3, 2025 out of our Virginia Beach office. Key Responsibilities

- Learn and Assist Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings

- Customer Engagement Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions

- Sales Support Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction

- Problem Solving Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment

- Safety Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team

Qualifications

- Mechanical Inclination Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology

- Customer-Focused A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional plumbing service

- Sales Enthusiast Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their plumbing experience

- Adaptability Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new plumbing technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Team Player Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team

- Valid Driver's License A valid driver's license is required for this role

- Per company policy, all drivers must be 21 or over.
