We are a manufacturer of glass beads, utilized in highway safety markings and other industrial uses. The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production, inventory management, and team coordination. This role replaces our current Plant Manager and requires strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving skills.
