Manager, Plant Operations

Ashcor is adding to its dynamic team as it expands its reclaimed ash management business in Canada and the United States. We are committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of our facilities, and as such we are looking for a skilled Manager, Plant Operations, to join us on this journey.

Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Manager, Plant Operations will be involved in all aspects of plant operations while ensuring compliance with all people relations, safety, environmental, policies and regulations. The Manager, Plant Operations is responsible for providing leadership and overall administration of plant operations, and ensures production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and meet the highest quality and plant reliability standards.

The successful candidate will work at the Halkirk, AB, Canada facility with some travel required to the Calgary, AB, Canada office. It is a requirement that the candidate either currently reside in close proximity to site, or be willing to relocate (support available).
