Plant Production Manager

General Overview: The Production Manager will hold a key position in ensuring that our Plant runs safely, efficiently and to the highest standard of quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for safety, an aptitude for leadership and a personality that values teamwork and the contribution of all employees. This position will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant’s production to meet requirements with a quality product at the lowest possible cost. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements in regard to Safety & Health and Environmental matters. Major Duties and Responsibilities:* Ensure safe work operations; enforce safety & health rules and environmental compliance.

Required Skills: Our Production Manager will require integrity, relevant supervisory experience, a passion for safety and a related degree - or - equivalent experience. This person will be a leader that cares for the well-being of the team and has superior:* Safety and Environmental competency

Required Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
