Job Description

AZZ has an opportunity for a plant manager at our Mobile Alabama facility. Reporting to the Regional Manager of Operations, this role is responsible for, but not limited to, directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibility for production, maintenance, quality, and personnel. You are a strong leader with a track record of effectively managing, mentoring, and developing leaders. You are experienced in developing and implementing business strategies and can deliver outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
