We offer a complete product line of barrels, plungers, fittings, accessories and heat treated tubing needed for downhole pump installations.

Basic Employee Responsibilities
The Q2 US Branch Manager will have complete P&L responsibility of the branch location allowing you to showcase not only your sales development, strategic planning, administrative and operational management skills, but also the ability to execute on key initiatives and leading a strong winning, team-oriented environment.
5+ years rod pump experience preferred.
Position Specific Responsibilities
•Direct and coordinate activities of businesses and departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, customer service and distribution of products.
•Manage staff, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.
•Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
•Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with staff members as necessary.
•Determine staffing requirements in coordination with production forecasting.
•Oversee activities directly related to production.
•Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
•Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates Providing information to supervisors, co- workers, and subordinates.
•Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
•Making Decisions and Solving Problems Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
•Developing and Building Teams Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
•Scheduling Work and Activities Scheduling activities, as well as the work of others.
•Monitoring and Controlling Resources Monitoring and controlling resources and overseeing the spending of money.
•Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
•Management of Personnel Resources Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
•Management of Financial Resources Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
•Management of Material Resources Obtaining and seeing to the appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
•Administration and Production Management Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
•Customer Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
•Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products and the related services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
•Economics and Accounting Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
•Production and Processing Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
•Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS objectives.
•Understand the implications of not conforming to QMS requirements.
•Other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Four (4) year degree in related concentration or 15 years of experience managing a manufacturing plant required.
•The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
•Experience working in an API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 environment a plus.
•Proven ability to implement/lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles and practices and to build a culture of continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated ability to organize and plan manufacturing layouts and processes to drive efficiency improvements.
•Proven analytical, forecasting and operating financial management skills.
•Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP reporting skills strongly preferred
•Experience dealing with customers - communicating commitments, solve schedule conflicts, addressing quality concerns and resolve invoicing/AR issues.
•Ability to travel when necessary based upon business and customer demands.
•Positive, driven, energetic and entrepreneurial; able to roll-up his/her sleeves to get the job done in a lean environment.
•A strategic mindset, solid analytical skills and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
