Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site Plant Manager position based in Liberty, TX. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, ensure efficient production, and drive continuous improvement in processes. Key responsibilities include managing manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, optimizing production planning, leading teams, maintaining equipment, and driving operational efficiency to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

- Optimize production planning and manage manufacturing operations

- Lead, train, and develop plant teams to achieve operational goals

- Maintain equipment and drive process improvements

- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations

- Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning

- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and process optimization

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Understanding of safety and compliance standards in manufacturing environments

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

- Prior experience in steel manufacturing or related industries is required
