Plant HR Manager

The Plant HR Manager plays an integral role in the organization by providing full range HR support to assigned manufacturing facilities within North Carolina. In this role, you will be the liaison between Human Resources and Functional Leadership to support business needs while improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and programs. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
