Plant Foreman oversees the daily operations and maintenance at any of Harvest’s Natural Gas or Crude/ NGL processing/ treating plants. The Foreman plays a crucial role in ensuring that the plant operates efficiently, safely, and within all applicable regulatory compliance standards. This position requires a deep understanding of hydrocarbon processing systems and related equipment, maintenance protocols, and safety regulations specific to the energy sector.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
•Supervise daily operations of the plant, ensuring all activities are executed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
•Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment and infrastructure, scheduling regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
•Lead and manage operations and maintenance teams, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure staff competency and performance.
•Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with company policies in addition to all local, state, tribal, and federal regulations.
•Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other professionals to troubleshoot operational issues, plan major maintenance activities, and implement system improvements.
•Monitor plant performance, analyzing data to identify trends, optimize operations, and achieve performance targets.
•Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability of critical items for maintenance and repairs.
•Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on plant operations, maintenance activities, and safety incidents.
•Liaise with regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and external contractors, maintaining effective communication and ensuring compliance with all operational permits and licenses.

•Ability to be available 24 hrs a day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc)

Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Foreman or supervisory role in a plant environment or similar industrial setting, with a strong focus on operations and maintenance.
•Comprehensive knowledge of hydrocarbon processing techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
•Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly in emergency situations.
•Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and environmental policies relevant to hydrocarbon processing, including but not limited to OSHA PSM Standards.
•Proficient in using computer software for data analysis, reporting, and operational management.
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
•Graduation from a high school or GED equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating sufficient knowledge, ability, and skill to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
