EMI Landscape is looking for a Maintenance & Enhancement Team Leader to take charge of commercial landscaping projects across logistics centers, industrial parks, and large warehouse properties.

What You’ll Do:

•

Lead and supervise a crew in daily landscape maintenance and enhancement work

•

Ensure high-quality service and adherence to job specifications and safety protocols

•

Manage tools, materials, and equipment efficiently

•

Communicate with Account Managers and Division Leaders regarding progress and needs

•

Train and develop crew members while promoting company core values

•

Assist with snow removal operations during winter months (on-call basis)

What We’re Looking For:

•

2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or enhancement (crew leadership a plus)

•

Strong leadership and communication skills

•

Ability to read and implement job plans

•

Comfortable with physically demanding, outdoor work in various weather conditions

•

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
