Foreman

A Foreman leads the installation crew by combining expert hands- on skill with strong leadership. As a working foreman, they not only manage jobsite operations but also perform installations when needed–ensuring project are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Core Responsibilities:

● Foreman perform installations as needed, demonstrating expertise in all flooring types (hardwood, laminate, vinyl tile, resilient sheet flooring, etc.).

● Supervise and motivate teams of installers, apprentices, and laborers.

● Mentor team members and provide on-the-job training to support growth and quality workmanship.

● Ensure all installations meet company standards and manufacturers specifications.

● Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper PPE usage at all times.

● Coordinate daily workflow, allocate labor, and ensure materials/tools are prepared on-site.

● Communicate regularly with management and clients about progress, challenges, and changes.
