TruHome Pros is seeking an enthusiastic Phone Representative to join our growing team!

This is a prime opportunity to enter a lucrative industry with a leading home improvement company. As a Phone Representative, you’ll play a vital role in driving business growth by setting appointments and contacting potential customers from our inquiry databases.

Schedule:

This position is second shift with one working weekend. Weekday off can be flexible, and weekday shifts are required to be in person.

Responsibilities

- Set appointments with potential customers

- Coordinate personalized consultations for homeowners at no cost

- Follow up with previous appointments to regenerate interest

- Educate homeowners on the value and benefits of roofing and window replacement

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills and a drive to succeed

- Confident, creative, and goal-oriented

- Must be at least 18 years or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
