b19 Consulting is working with an expanding EPC company to find a Protection & Control Team Lead that comes from an electric utility background. In this role as a Lead P&C Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on solar/renewables projects, and lead a team of 10 engineers.

The Ideal P&C Team Lead will have:

· 7+ years utility substation P&C design experience (15kV through to 500kV)

· Strong communication skills to coordinate with project engineers, designers and client representatives.

· Prior mentorship / leadership experience

· Proficiency with SEL or GE relays

· SCADA system & communications interface knowledge

· Relay settings/System Protection experience

· Ability to lead a large portion or the entirety of a substation design project.

· Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering

· Professional Engineer (PE) License
