Our client is seeking
a Partnerships Manager to develop, manage, and scale strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business value. This role will own the full partnership lifecycle—from identification and negotiation through activation, performance management, and optimization—working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships are aligned with company strategy and deliver measurable impact.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic, technology, and channel partners aligned with business objectives.
- Own end-to-end partnership execution, including outreach, negotiation, contract structuring, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and mutual success.
- Track partnership performance against defined KPIs and continuously optimize programs to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution and partner enablement.
- Represent the company externally at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving partnership models.
- Balance strategic relationship building with hands-on execution and performance tracking.
- Work cross-functionally across remote and distributed teams.
- Manage multiple partnerships simultaneously while prioritizing high-impact opportunities.- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or strategic relationships.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships that drive measurable business results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience structuring and managing partnership agreements and commercial terms.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with channel, referral, or ecosystem-based partnership models.
- Experience working with legal, finance, and operations teams on partnership execution.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to align partnerships with go-to-market and demand generation strategies.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to support technical integrations and partner enablement.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contract negotiation, compliance, and revenue recognition.
- Coordinate with Leadership to align partnership strategy with company-level goals.
- Revenue and pipeline influenced or generated through partnerships.
- Partner activation, engagement, and retention rates.
- Time-to-launch for new partnerships and initiatives.
- Satisfaction and feedback from strategic partners and internal stakeholders.
