About the Role

We take pride in maintaining our equipment and vehicles to the highest standards to support safe and efficient operations. We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Fleet Mechanic with an extensive automotive repair background to support our fleet and equipment needs. This role is ideal for a seasoned mechanic looking to add a second job and work independently during nights and/or weekends.

If you’re an experienced mechanic who enjoys working independently and wants flexible, evening or weekend hours without the pressure of a full-time shop environment, this role offers steady supplemental income and the opportunity to put your skills to use in a practical, no-nonsense setting.

This position requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision while delivering dependable, high-quality work.

- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week

- Shifts: Evenings and/or weekends

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, service, and repair automotive and light-duty equipment

- Perform routine maintenance and preventative inspections

- Identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

- Communicate findings, timelines, and follow-up needs clearly

- Work independently with limited supervision

Required Qualifications

- Extensive hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic

- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- High level of honesty, integrity, and reliability

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working nights and/or weekends
