Primary Purpose
The Lead Maintenance Administrative Coordinator at Port Arthur LNG plays a pivotal role in supporting the maintenance department, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. This position not only supports site administrative functions but is also integral to the analysis of maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs), budget tracking, and the generation of insightful reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and organize maintenance documentation, including work orders, service requests, and equipment records. Assist in the preparation of maintenance reports and presentations.Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Collect, analyze, and interpret maintenance KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain databases for tracking maintenance performance metrics.
Maintain SAP Project Portfolio Management for Budget planning. Communicate with project managers on cost, forecast, and progress status.
Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, performance, and efficiency.
Monitor and track maintenance department budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans. Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend budget adjustments.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate budget reporting.Generate reports for Turnarounds
Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management Information Systems Preferred
H.S. Diploma/GED General studies Required Experience

Possess extensive knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI,Word, Excel, PPT, SAP to convey information with clarity through presentations and reports.Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting. Advanced
