What You’ll Do

•

Review paperwork for all incoming samples to ensure completeness and accuracy;

•

Inspect samples to confirm proper matrix and integrity are maintained;

•

Ensure samples are stored in appropriate locations for analysis;

•

Enter sample and Chain of Custody data into the LIMS system;

•

Answer client and customer inquiries via phone and email;

•

Perform administrative tasks including scanning, mailing, filing, etc.;

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area aligned with safety protocols;

•

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required;

•

1 year of data entry experience preferred;

•

Strong communication skills and professional phone/email presence;

•

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);

•

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking;

•

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

•

Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
