In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between the field and our lab teams — ensuring every sample is accurately received, inspected, and logged to keep operations moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do
•Review paperwork for all incoming samples to ensure completeness and accuracy;
•Inspect samples to confirm proper matrix and integrity are maintained;
•Ensure samples are stored in appropriate locations for analysis;
•Enter sample and Chain of Custody data into the LIMS system;
•Answer client and customer inquiries via phone and email;
•Perform administrative tasks including scanning, mailing, filing, etc.;
•Maintain a clean and organized work area aligned with safety protocols;
•Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
What Makes You a Great Fit
•High school diploma or GED required;
•1 year of data entry experience preferred;
•Strong communication skills and professional phone/email presence;
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking;

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print
•Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;
